Headline: BEREAVEMENT SUPPORT GROUP

Helderberg Hospice offers a bereavement support group for those who have suffered the loss of a loved one and would like to talk with others who share this experience. Together with two facilitators, Alison Turner and Noelle Collins, both experienced bereavement supporters, the group spends an hour a week talking about their loss and the way it has affected their lives. Surprisingly there is a lot of laughter as well as some tears and members of past groups have valued the confidentiality, warmth and friendship they have found.

The group meets at Hospice and meetings are at 10h00 to 11h30 on any morning which best suits the members of the group.
